4th Sanyon, Kathmandu The special court has filed a charge sheet in Kathmandu for alleged involvement of the Investigation of Abuse of Abuse of Police against Tejraj Khadka, engineer of the remaining Duduwas village.
Authorities have filed a charge sheet for the Prevention of Corruption Reduction (205 9) of Daphal 3 and penalty of bailwam of section 1 of the same section and demanded for the sentence of imprisonment.
Authorities have stayed with Khadka one lakh wig, demanding penalty and imprisonment.
Engineer Khadka Gravel had been arrested for the purpose of preparing the report for road construction work.
